The International Tech Park for the first time hosted seven Non Profit Organizations, who put up stalls at the Tech Park Mall in the spirit of the Charity Season. The Help N' Heal initiative was an endeavour to provide a platform to NGOs to spread awareness on their respective community initiatives.
The event commenced on 21 December `04 and lasted for three days. The stalls displayed an array of products crafted by the inmates and beneficiaries from various organizations.
The programme's focus was to foster service orientedness and community responsibility among the Parkites and give an opportunity to these organizations to raise funds for their respective causes. The response received from the Parkites was good.
The organizations consisted of Child Relief & You (CRY) (underprivileged children), Freedom Foundation (HIV / AIDS), Help Age India (home for the aged), Karunashraya (Cancer), New Horizon (physically disabled), Family Services (underprivileged children) and Sumanahalli (leprosy).
